Two roasters, one small machine

We started Little Ember in a converted garage with a 12 kg roaster and a simple rule: buy from farms we can name, roast in batches small enough to taste every one, and keep the price fair.

No subscription traps and no filler. Just coffee roasted this week, at a price that works for every morning.
